60 measuring sensors record all process values in the machine as well as in the mould.

The measurement data is stored in a CSV file and can then be read in and compared in an EXCEL macro (processor / end customer).

TecCenter processdatabase

For all samples, the laboratory records all process data and writes it to an SQL database. Each production part is provided with a barcode in order to create later reports.
