One of the most modern and innovative particle foam processing plants in Europe, the “bead factory 4.0”, is being built on our company premises in Nastätten. Here we create the conditions for sensor-supported, digitized and precise processing of particle foams for many applications in the highest quality.

With a hall area of approx. 1,500m2 and a warehouse of approx. 300m2, we create optimal conditions for sample and pre-series production and up to the fully industrialized start-up factory. No serial production.

We work in a technology-neutral manner using all known processing techniques for particle foams.
