Process development
Skinning of EPP surfaces
The mold surface is superheated to 200 C and then counterfilled with EPP. This causes the EPP to collapse and a melt is formed. After stabilization, a smooth, compact layer of plastic remains on the processing side.

EPP thin wall foaming
Due to a new process development, thin wall foaming with EPP particle foam in a density of 70 – 120 g/l is possible! A minimum wall thickness of 3 mm is achieved.
Advantages:
-weight reduction
-100 % recyclable
-low manufacturing costs
